Corrections Policy

We'd rather know about a mistake than not. This page explains how to report one and what happens next.

What counts as a correction

How to report one

Use our Contact form and mention "Correction" in your subject line, or email us directly once a contact address is published. Please include:

What happens after you report it

We verify the issue against an authoritative source before changing anything — see our Editorial Policy. Rule-driven calculators (vehicle tax, income tax, GPA) keep an immutable version history: a correction never silently overwrites a past rule, it creates a new, dated version, so historical calculations remain traceable to the rule in force at the time.

For factual content errors (guides, FAQs, tool explanations), we fix the page and note the update.

Response time

We aim to acknowledge correction reports promptly and resolve confirmed errors as quickly as we reasonably can, prioritizing anything that could lead to a real financial or academic decision being made on wrong information.
