Account Deletion

You're never locked into an account with Kaamsajilo. Here's how to remove your data.

Delete a single resume

From the Resume Maker, open the resume you want to remove and choose "Delete resume." This permanently removes that resume, its revision history, and any exports tied to it.

Delete your entire account

Self-service account deletion isn't available in the product yet. Until it is, request deletion via our Contact form — put "Delete my account" in the subject line and send it from the email address on your account, so we can verify the request is really from you.

Once verified, we'll permanently delete your account, all resumes and revisions, uploaded photos, and session history. Deletion is not reversible.

What we keep, and for how long

Audit-log entries recording security-relevant actions (like the deletion itself) may be retained separately for a limited period for security and abuse-prevention purposes, with personal identifiers removed where possible. We do not keep your resume content, photos, or account credentials after deletion.

Guest data

If you used the resume maker as a guest (without an account), your resume was only ever stored in your own browser's local storage — clearing your browser's site data for Kaamsajilo removes it completely, and we never had a copy.
